  1. To make the sauce, add orange marmalade, juice, zest, hot sauce, sugar, and garlic to a small saucepan at a medium high setting. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes or more, until the sauce has reduced and thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  4. Add the red onion slices to a skillet and season with salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes at a medium setting until the onions are browned.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water to the skillet and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the water has evaporated.
  6. Divide the sauce and spread evenly between the two flatbreads.

  8. Bake at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is deep golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven; sprinkle generously with finely chopped bok choy.
